The staffs were very very helpful & excellent. We have booked double room for 2 nights, everything was fine, it had an ironing set, a work desk, and a TV. A bathtub in the separate bathroom was a plus.

The location of this Inn was a steal with a last-minute room offer and it was conveniently close to the harbour. The rooms were well-proportioned, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with good storage and comfortable beds. Plus, they all offered stunning sea views. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The room and bathroom were both an excellent size. The facilities in the room were up to date but stylish. The outlook of the room over the beach at Beer was unparalleled. The staff are all very friendly there. A wonderful place and location!

This Inn is an extremely comfortable and affordable place to stay. It is in a beautiful part of England and I would reccommend the Inn to all. The dining is exceptionally good and very reasonably priced.
Our room was up some very steep stairs not really suitable for older people.

Lovely location - lots of walking and no need to use car. Excellent food.
Creaky floorboards - in own room and room above - which disturbed sleep!

Friendly and welcoming. Pleasant atmosphere and picturesque location. Good value for money. Really good food, including a good range of alternatives for breakfast and an excellent evening menu. The fish choices were particularly good including a variety of locally caught fish. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and contributed to the enjoyment of our brief stay. We just wished we could have stayed longer, but hope to revisit the Anchor at sometime in the not too distant future.
Nothing to dislike. Just a pity that the Anchor does not have its own car park. Otherwise it was superb.
